Time is the scarcest resource and unless it is managed, nothing else can be managed (Peter F. Drucker). Time is constant and irreversible; once wasted it cannot be regained. Effective time management is crucial to achieving success in an organization, in business, in your career, and in your personal life. The key to time management is to recognize that you cannot possibly do everything there is to do. Instead, you have to decide how to spend the limited amount of time you have available.
